The Shop Inc. is a family owned and operated business in Hermon, Maine.  Frankie Noyes, owner, has been in the automotive industry for over 15 years.  He began his career at Central Maine Community College as a graduate of their Ford Asset Program.  Through high school, college, and the beginning of his professional career, Frankie worked at the local GM dealership, Ford dealership, and spend eight years at the Toyota dealership.  His skills and knowledge of all major makes and models is well versed and thorough.  

The Shop Inc. officially opened for business in September 2012, from which it has grown exponentially every year following.  Frankie's wife, Kristin Noyes joined him full time in July 2014 as Office Manager.  

We pride ourselves on upfront, honest, and thorough assessments of each and every one of our customer's vehicles.  We practice a "show and tell" approach to your automotive needs, as we want customers confident in the repairs and service that they are receiving.  It is common practice for us to show customers a part that has failed, why it has failed, and explain what future damage could occur if left unfixed.  We pride ourselves on ensuring our customer's comfort and confidence in their vehicle as they leave our facility.  Let us know how we can help you today!
